What we do

In a group sound healing session, also referred to as a Sound Bath, participants will join sound healers Brynn and Dan for one hour as they play a carefully crafted group of ancient and modern sound healing instruments. Many of these instruments are specifically tuned to a therapeutic Hz or frequency that has been shown to have positive effects on the body and vibratory system. The practitioners strive to create an experience that transports your mind on a sonic journey, allowing for transformation and healing to take place. The sound bath is best experienced lying down comfortably. The purpose or goal of the sound bath is to achieve a state of relaxation where the mind and body can recharge and the nervous system can reset. There is no skill needed or energy output required for the individuals receiving the therapy. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to feel deep relaxation and allow yourself to meditate, set intentions, practice affirmations, receive insights, or just be still in the moment; the only requirement is to be present, and we will take care of the rest.

In a 1:1 Sound Healing session, practitioner Brynn will spend one hour with you as you lie comfortably on a message table to facilitate a state of relaxation and comfort. The intention of the practitioner is to aid in balancing the clients energy so they may feel a sense of well being. Practiced from a space of unconditional love and compassion the client may feel safe to relax and open. Biofeedback instruments called tuning forks are used to help locate areas in the auric field that may be blocked or holding “stuck” energy. The use of other healing instruments and frequencies are applied to help break up those areas and create a state of vibratory coherence in the body, chakra system and auric field. The client will also receive a sound bath to close out the session. This closing sound bath immersion will allow any shifts in energy to integrate gracefully, allowing you to feel anew. Post session insights and care instructions will also be given.
