What

What

We are electrical beings emitting and existing within various bands of frequencies. Stress and traumatic experiences can lead to disharmony in these frequencies. Sound healing aims to restore any imbalances the individual may be experiencing.

How

How

Sound healing works by what is called "entrainment"; which is when a dominating frequency trains another to be in sync with itself. Sound healing practitioners play various instruments to create a state of entrainment for the individual's vibratory system, allowing balance to be restored.

Why

Why

Many of us carry around past traumas and emotional experiences that stay stuck or stagnant in our energy fields. This can manifest in our lives in many different ways, generally causing stress and anxiety. Sound healing can help overcome and transmute these negative feelings and experiences.

About us

MEET BRYNN AND DAN

Natives to Central NY, they have created a vision to bring sound healing to the community and surrounding areas. Brynn, a Certified Sound Healer and mother of 3, has used sound healing in her own personal journey for over 7 years. Dan, a father, gem miner, and musician has also created a life journey to expand his practice in the healing and musical arts. Join them on their journey towards self discovery and inner peace. Together they envision a world where love for self and love for others is at the forefront of our existence, and they believe to achieve that we must first heal ourselves.

    Gather your closest friends or loved ones and reserve our studio for a private sound bath. We have created a space dedicated to optimizing the experience of the sound journey. You just have to show, and we will take care of the rest! We can accommodate up to 4 people per SB.

  • 1:1 SOUND HEALING SESSION
    1:1 SOUND HEALING SESSION

    Biofeedback instruments called tuning forks are used to help locate areas in the auric field that may be blocked or holding “stuck” energy. The intention of the practitioner is to aid in balancing the clients energy so they may feel a sense of well being.

    Join Sound Healers Brynn and Dan at the Kirkland Art Center on January 15th for an hour long Sound Bath. This sonic journey is aimed to create a space for relaxation and balance through the use of various healing vibrational instruments. Please bring your own mat, pillow and blanket.
